Hailing from NYC, the vocalist, songwriter, and tastemaker named Virginia is creating a major buzz. Raised in New Jersey, Virginia showed her first musical performance chops at age 3 when she climbed on an empty stage at Epcot and proceeded to perform her own show. At age 6, she was enrolled in piano training and eventually would compete and teach younger children how to play. At 10, she began formal dance and voice training which led to her musical theatre performances. Throughout her childhood, Virginia was enamored with pop music, often locking herself in her bedroom with the likes of Debbie Gibson, Paula Abdul, and Madonna until she could replicate each artist’s voice and style.
At 18, Virginia was accepted early to NYU for music with a scholarship. At NYU, she became immersed in the world of electronic music. Taking classes like Electronic Music Synthesis taught her how to use analog synthesizers as well as placed her around other creative individuals interested in similar styles of music. During this time, she met her current producer Tim K. while he was DJ’ing in Williamsburg. Tim was responsible for helping Virginia obtain her first turntables and remains a close friend and trusted musician who recently released his own album, Domesticated, on OM Records.
After living in Miami for three years after college, Virginia returned to NYC with a passion and drive to pursue her own musical career. Having fronted two rock bands in this time sharpened her writing and performance skills. Additionally, the past few years had given her the life experience and material she needed to fully express herself through music and form her own style. Combining pop music with dance and electro beats, Virginia hopes to express the energy she feels through dance music while opening up the genre to a larger audience.
Currently working with Tim K. , Mic Murphy of The System, and 77Klash among others, she is sure to be a name you will hear often. Stay tuned for new tracks, remixes, and an album.

Madonna, Britney, Kylie Minogue, Robyn, Esthero

When did you finally realize you wanted to be a Dj/Producer?
When I was 3 years old I knew I wanted to be a performer

Who affects you today musically?
Today, I am most affected by new and different music. Lykke Li, Little Boots, major pop artists for the songwriting

Electronic Pop with some dirty lyrics

What is the most memorable live performance expierence?
Too many memorable experiences and too many to come
