I think regular visitors are really going to enjoy this post, I’ve got eight absolute bangers for you.
To set the ball rolling, I want to introduce readers to new British talent Ollie Wride, pictured at the top. I’ve got his track Headrush which could be one of the biggest debut hits of this year. Having written for the likes of Meatloaf at the age of twenty and already being acclaimed as the male Lady Gaga, this glam pop singer is clearly going places. I think a more accurate comparison would be to the Scissor Sisters crossed with Calvin Harris. Either way this is an excellent track and a surefire hit. Facebookers can become a fan here.

Next up is a track which will kill the dancefloor right away. The Count & Sinden have remixed Mark Ronson‘s new track Bang Bang Bang, and it’s a certified party anthem. As soon as Hervé put this up on his Soundcloud I was a fan, and I think most FPK readers will be too.

So lately i’ve been swamped with so much as I have been packing and getting ready to move this Tues.But non the less I keep the posts alive.The other day I watched some snippets from Paradise Garage as I was looking for new inspiration and ideas for future events.For those that don’t know Paradise Garage was located in NYC during 76-87 and was the pioneer for the disco era; forget Studio 54 this is where it went down.Pictured above is Larry Levan one of the Pioneers for disco/dance music as we know it and pretty much set the standard for Dj’ing as we see it today.Oh how I would have loved to been around those days to attend those parties.There is your Histroy listen for the week.Also for my locals you can get your Teenage Riot Record party tickets by
